Roseline Partners is excited to announce the closing of a $165,000,000 joint venture/development agreement by and between Westdale Asset Management, LLC (www.westdale.com) and The Estate Companies (www.eigfl.com), wherein the parties agreed to construct and operate Soleste Westgate at 7730 West Commercial Boulevard, Lauderhill, FL, consisting of 529-units located within seven, 6-story, Class A+ luxury apartment towers, according to Scott Podvin, a broker on the deal.
