Health Care REIT Retains Roseline Partners for $2.5Bn Development Project in South Miami

Roseline Partners is pleased to announce that it has been retained by a Health Care/Medical Office Building Real Estate Investment Trust, which has developed more than 20 million square feet of commercial space and actively manages more than 15.5 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotel, and healthcare space - and its medical office management portfolio is one of the largest in the country -- to locate a suitable site upon which the Health Care REIT might construct, inter alia, a hospital (with at least 250 beds), medical office and life science buildings, a vertical research park and a luxury senior living community.
