NBA Top 10 Draft Pick Selects Roseline Partners As Its Real Estate Development Consultant To Acquire and Develop a 150,000sf Event Center, an extended stay hotel and a Senior Living Community in an Opportunity Zone!
Roseline Partners is pleased to announce that The Elfrid Payton Foundation ("TEPF") has engaged Roseline Partners to assist in the acquisition and re-development of a former church site located in an opportunity zone in New Orleans, Louisiana to a 150,000sf Events Center and a 150+ unit senior living facility.
TEPF provides goods, services, and assistance to families in need, as well as individuals throughout the country. TEPF wants to build a strong grass roots network to stimulate the economy lifting the entire region. Supporting those goals, TEPF also facilitates youth development activities, including, sports leagues for young boys and girls, as well as college students, by sponsoring individuals, groups and teams to participate in sporting events throughout the country.
TEPF is sponsored by Mr. Elfrid Payton is a native of Gretna, La. who attended John Ehret High School in Marrero. After high school, Mr. Payton attended college at the #UniversityofLouisiana at Lafayette. In 2014 Mr. Payton was selected as the 10th overall pick in the 2014 #NBAdraft by the Philadelphia 76ers, and was later traded to the Orlando Magic where he began his career. Mr. Payton just recently signed a contract to play #NBA basketball with the Western Conference Finalists, the #PhoenixSuns, after starting last year at point guard for the #NewYorkKnicks.
Roseline Partners working together with TEPF has identified a site upon which TEPF proposes to develop and operate a 150,000sf Events Center in addition to a proposed 150+ unit senior living community in Jefferson Parish. The newly constructed events facility will be used as a practice and training facility, as well as host site for #AAU events for both basketball and volleyball tournaments throughout the tri-state area. Special events will be designed for seniors to galvanize the entire community!
